Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak at Biketart we are taking precautions and are implementing plans to ensure that our warehouses & office are a safe environment to work in for our staff and customers. We are dispatching online and phone orders within or close to our usual estimated timeframes.

Couriers are delivering and collecting as normal right now but are under growing pressure and any delay with them (e.g. due to over capacity at their depots, or full delivery/collection vehicles) will add a day to delivery time.

We are working as hard as possible to get everything out as quickly as possible whilst maintaining a safe environment for staff.

Customer services operations by email and phone will also be unaffected as these staff are working from home.

Deliveries from our suppliers have not yet been impacted significantly.

Like yourselves, we are constantly monitoring the situation. If our ways of working change or if there are problems with couriers or our suppliers then we will advise all customers via notices on our website and social media.
