    Amazing single speed commuter

I ride this 15km to work across mixed gravel and poorly kept roads in sun and rain and it’s a dream to ride. Large, sturdy, fast and can still climb well. I changed the tyres for gravel tyres but apart from that it’s as sold - perfect winter gravel trainer and commuter as advertised

    Excellent value!

I wanted a lower maintenance option for my daily commute to work, as I no longer own a car and a bike will be required through all weathers. I was recommended Genesis for excellent single speed bikes. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I am delighted with my purchase. Such simplicity! Such an incredibly smooth ride. And my technique on hills is already improving. Brilliant value and superb service from Biketart. I will definitely place my custom with them again.

    Simple No-Nonsense Winter Training Bike

I'm really pleased with this bike! It comes as a single-speed gravel bike. It's absolutely fine straight out of the box, but I made a few changes as I purchased the bike to use as a fixed-wheel gravel bike. It's a very comfortable ride, especially for an alloy frame. Due to the tyre and rim combination, it takes a little bit more effort to accelerate, but for me, this is a deliberate choice with the intention of building muscle. It handles nicely when out of the saddle, climbing. Some of my cycling friends admire its appearance. I rode a few miles of gravel this morning and the bike coped with it perfectly with the tyres inflated to 70 PSI.

    Not happy with the Product

I am unfortunately not convinced about this bike. The quality of the material is poor, and the bike is very noisy, both when braking and even just while riding, as some components rub against each other. Despite taking it to a shop for inspection, they were unable to resolve the issue. It's a shame.

    Fantastic value and great service

Lovely smooth ride at a fantastic price, and really great service from the folks at Biketart who kept me informed throughout and checked in a couple of times after delivery to make sure all was well, and offered good advice when requested.
