Description

The industry leader and without question one of the most iconic components seen on modern mountain bikes, the Fox Factory fork is always the one to beat. Classic black or the instantly recognisable Factory orange lower colour options matched with the stunning Kashima gold stanchions.

The 38 is the toughest/beefiest option of the Factory fork line-up (if we exclude the Downhill fork of course) and the go-to for Enduro riding, racing and demanding electric mountain bikes. The 38mm stanchion can take one hell of a beating and  is supremely stiff, resulting in a planted, consistent ride over any terrain.

Kabolt vs QR-
With a Fox Factory fork you have the 2 axle options (both 15x110mm boost size). The QR uses a tab that is flipped up to secure the axle in place after screwing in. The Kabolt type is tightened using an allen key.
Grip2 damper -
The damper found on Fox's Factory level forks is the Grip2, which makes it easier than ever to nail your forks set-up. It features external HIGH and LOW speed compression adjustment, as well as external HIGH and LOW speed rebound adjustment, both of which feature VVC (variable valve control) technologies.

Fox offer great guidance to help you set-up your fork, offering a base setting after taking into account the model of fork, ride style and your weight. You can then tweak from there.

We can also offer any help needed so contact us at support@biketart.com and throw us any fitting or set-up questions you have.

  • Updated GRIP2 damper now with dual VVC (Variable Valve Control) on HSC and HSR circuits.
  • Matching 8-click HSC and HSR adjustment on Grip2 forks and X2 shocks.
  • Unique design maximizes stiffness to weight and offers improved head tube clearance via radical revised arch shape
  • 58mm crown diameter to match modern frame shape profiles

  • 27.5" and 29" wheels

    Enduro

Fox 38’s what’s not to like. Small bump sensitivity with Enduro durability. Fox keep raising their game with development of their suspension forks. GRIP2 from the still infinitely tuneable but now available on a stiffer longer travel fork. The gap between single and twin crown is getting smaller. Not to mention they are orange which falls perfectly in line with Hope Brakes and Hubs.

    Why wouldn’t you buy 38

This is not my first rodeo I have 38s on my analog bike. This is the reason why I purchased another set for my digital, money well spent again👌
